Intuitive Healing and Empowerment Coaching

Through my intuitive healing and empowerment coaching services, I work closely with clients to identify and address the root causes of their emotional pain and self-limiting beliefs. By creating a safe and nurturing space for clients to explore and release their trauma, depression, and grief, I help them to heal on a deep level and move towards a more fulfilling and joyful life.

My approach is holistic and integrative, drawing on a combination of bodywork, energy healing, and intuitive guidance to support clients in their healing journey. I use techniques such as energy healing, chakra balancing, guided visualization, and mindfulness practices to help clients release energetic blockages and cultivate a sense of balance and harmony within themselves.

In addition to addressing emotional and spiritual trauma, I also work with clients to shift their mindset from one of scarcity to one of abundance. By helping them to recognize and release patterns of self-sabotage and negative self-talk, I empower clients to step into their true potential and create the life they desire.

Ultimately, my goal is to support clients in building a strong foundation of self-love, self-trust, and self-empowerment, so they can live authentically and confidently as the best version of themselves.

Intuitive Healing:

This work is deeply rooted in ancient and universal mystery schools of healing through psychic meditation, using clairvoyant and clairsentient "energy tools" and actively connecting to spirit.

The core method is based on the Berkeley Psychic Institute's modern approach, which has evolved into various ways to learn, grow, and heal the body, mind, and spirit. This energetic, intuitive, and spiritual healing experience aims to make these connections accessible in everyday life, with no need for a specific belief system or prior meditation experience. You will connect with yourself, reclaim your energy, and feel more centered, peaceful, and empowered.

Sessions, Classes, Meditations, Readings, and Energy Work:

In our sessions, we focus on the idea that everything is energy—your body, thoughts, physical pain, and desires. By addressing these energies, we can create positive change. For example, if you have anxiety, we explore and learn how to move the energy so it flows with you, helping to change the root cause and effect of your concerns. This helps you co-create your life and manifest what you truly want.

We work together to release energies that don't serve you, removing limits and creating more possibilities. Whether you're overwhelmed, want a career change, seek a relationship, have fertility issues, or need to heal trauma, we address these areas.

I read your energy using clairvoyant and clairsentient abilities to understand what’s happening, focusing on any specific questions you have. This process reveals your spirit's information, enabling energy shifts and the release of anything stuck. It’s a transformative process aligning you with your true path, creating a positive shift regardless of your beliefs. I offer guidance for your next steps in life, often receiving messages from the spirit world, departed loved ones, and guides.

My goal is to help you create space, clarity, peace, and self-trust, allowing you to live authentically and fully.

Empowerment Coaching:

As an Intuitive Healer and Empowerment Coach, I assist clients in shifting their mindset from one of scarcity to one of abundance through a combination of personalized techniques and guidance. Here are some ways in which I help clients make this shift:

1. Identifying Limiting Beliefs: I work with clients to identify and challenge their limiting beliefs around scarcity, lack, and unworthiness. By bringing awareness to these beliefs, we can begin to unravel and reframe them into more empowering and abundant perspectives.

2. Cultivating Gratitude: I encourage clients to practice gratitude as a tool for shifting their focus from what they lack to what they already have. By acknowledging and appreciating the abundance that already exists in their lives, clients can start to attract more positivity and abundance into their experience.

3. Visualization and Manifestation: I guide clients in using visualization techniques to envision a future filled with abundance, success, and fulfillment. By consistently focusing on these positive outcomes, clients can begin to manifest their desires and attract abundance into their lives.

4. Embracing Self-Worth: I help clients to recognize and embrace their inherent worthiness and deservingness of abundance. By building a strong sense of self-love and self-acceptance, clients can start to believe in their own value and attract more abundance into their lives.

5. Setting Goals and Taking Action: I support clients in setting clear and achievable goals that align with their vision of abundance. By breaking down these goals into actionable steps and supporting clients in taking consistent action towards them, we can create momentum and drive towards a more abundant life.

By combining these approaches and tailoring them to the unique needs and circumstances of each client, I help individuals shift their mindset from scarcity to abundance, empowering them to create the life they truly desire.

Visualization and Law of Attraction:

I guide clients in using visualization techniques to attract abundance into their lives by helping them tap into the power of their imagination and intention. Here are some steps I typically take to support clients in this process:

1. Setting Clear Intentions: I work with clients to clarify their intentions for what they want to manifest in their lives. Whether it's financial abundance, fulfilling relationships, career success, or overall well-being, we establish specific goals that align with their vision of abundance.

2. Creating a Safe and Relaxing Environment: I create a safe and calming space for clients to practice visualization techniques. This may involve guiding them through relaxation exercises, deep breathing, or meditation to help them quiet their minds and connect with their inner selves.

3. Guided Visualization Exercises: I lead clients through guided visualization exercises where they are encouraged to vividly imagine and experience their desired outcomes. This may involve visualizing specific scenarios, feelings, or sensations associated with abundance, success, and fulfillment.

4. Engaging the Senses: I encourage clients to engage all their senses during visualization, incorporating sights, sounds, smells, tastes, and textures to make the experience more immersive and real. This helps to activate the subconscious mind and make the visualization more impactful.

5. Practice and Consistency: I emphasize the importance of consistent practice in visualization techniques. I may provide clients with guided audio recordings or written scripts to use on their own, allowing them to incorporate visualization into their daily routine and reinforce their intentions.

6. Gratitude and Positive Affirmations: I encourage clients to express gratitude for the abundance they already have in their lives and to use positive affirmations that reinforce their belief in their ability to attract more abundance. This helps to shift their mindset towards a more positive and abundant perspective.

By guiding clients through these visualization techniques and supporting them in integrating them into their daily lives, I help them harness the power of their thoughts and intentions to attract abundance and create the life they desire.


In addition to helping clients shift their mindset from scarcity to abundance through visualization techniques, I also provide grief counseling to support individuals in processing and healing from the loss of a loved one or any significant emotional loss.

Here is how I incorporate grief counseling into my approach:

1. Creating a Safe Space for Grieving: I create a safe and compassionate environment for clients to express and explore their feelings of grief. I offer a non-judgmental space for them to share their emotions, memories, and experiences related to their loss.

2. Supporting the Grieving Process: I guide clients through the grieving process, helping them to navigate the stages of grief such as denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. I offer validation, empathy, and support as they move through their unique grief journey.

3. Encouraging Self-Expression: I encourage clients to express their grief in ways that feel authentic and healing to them, whether through talking, writing, art, movement, or other creative outlets. I help them find healthy ways to release and honor their emotions.

4. Providing Coping Strategies: I offer clients coping strategies and tools to help them manage their grief and navigate the challenges that come with loss. This may include mindfulness practices, relaxation techniques, self-care routines, and resources for additional support.

5. Integrating Grief Healing with Visualization: I integrate grief healing practices with visualization techniques to help clients process their grief and envision a future filled with healing, peace, and resilience. We work together to visualize a path towards healing and finding moments of joy amidst the pain.

By incorporating grief counseling into my holistic approach, I aim to support clients in honoring their grief, finding healing and meaning in their loss, and ultimately moving towards a place of acceptance, growth, and transformation.


Clients may navigate through several common stages of grief during the grieving process. While every individual's experience of grief is unique and may not follow a linear progression, the following stages are commonly observed:

1. Denial: In this initial stage, individuals may have difficulty accepting the reality of the loss. They may feel shock, numbness, and disbelief, and may struggle to comprehend the full impact of the loss.

2. Anger: As the reality of the loss sets in, individuals may experience feelings of anger, frustration, and resentment. They may direct their anger towards themselves, others, or even the person they have lost, as they grapple with the unfairness of the situation.

3. Bargaining: In this stage, individuals may attempt to negotiate with a higher power, fate, or the universe in an effort to reverse or postpone the loss. They may make promises or seek to find meaning in the loss through seeking alternative outcomes.

4. Depression: Feelings of sadness, grief, and profound loss may deepen during the depression stage. Individuals may experience a sense of profound emptiness, hopelessness, and despair as they confront the reality of their loss and the impact it has on their lives.

5. Acceptance: The final stage of grief involves coming to terms with the loss and integrating it into one's life. Individuals may find a sense of peace, resolution, and acceptance as they begin to adjust to life without the person they have lost and find ways to honor their memory.

It is important to note that the grieving process is highly individualized, and individuals may move through these stages in different ways and at their own pace. Grief is a complex and evolving experience, and it is normal for individuals to revisit certain stages or experience a range of emotions throughout their healing journey. As a grief counselor, I provide support, validation, and guidance to help clients navigate these stages of grief with compassion and resilience.
